DVB World 2025 SupporterS & Exhibitors

Find information on becoming a DVB World supporter or exhibitor in our FAQ below.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

To make it as easy as possible to attend DVB World, we keep the registration fees low. The standard fee is €200 for non-members and €100 for those working for a DVB Member company.
If your company would like to provide additional support to the event and help us to offset the costs, you can select the “Supporter” option when registering (and bring four colleagues along to the event with you, among other benefits); we also have exhibitor packages available. See the next question for details.

Any company that would like to exhibit DVB World 2025 can do so by choosing the “exhibitor” option when registering for the event. The fee for DVB Member companies is €3,000; for non-members it’s €4,000.

In addition to all of the benefits provided to supporters (including five event tickets and logo visibility – see PDF) exhibitors will be provided with a space in the dedicated exhibition area that will be open throughout DVB World 2024.

  • Each exhibitor is invited to give a 1-minute elevator pitch on stage at the start of the conference
  • A space will be provided in the exhibition room, with a table, two chairs, a wired internet connection (if required) and electricity.
  • Screens or other necessary equipment can be hired directly from Neo Eventservice Gmbh.
  • Exhibitors can install their material on the morning of 18 March. The exhibition space will open at 12:00, when the DVB World 2025 opens with a light lunch to welcome participants.
  • The exhibition space will be open throughout the afternoon on 18 March, with several coffee breaks when participants can visit. It will remain open all day on 19 March, when the unconference format means participants will be free to move around the venue throughout the day, providing ample opportunities to visit the exhibition area.

On the afternoon of 18 March, we will offer a conference programme of keynotes, panel discussions, technology updates and quickfire briefings.

On 19 March, we will shift to smaller groups in focused discussions on topics proposed by participants. You can read more about this unconference format here. It has proved highly popular with DVB World attendees in the past three years.

A wiki is available for suggesting unconference sessions ahead of the event. It’s not mandatory but it can help people to prepare for the discussions and may encourage others to attend.

DVB World 2025 will commence with a light lunch at 12:00 on Tuesday 18 March, when the exhibition area will also open. The conference programme will kick off at 13:00 and will run until 18:30, when all participants will be invited to attend a social gathering in the smartvillage Bogenhausen, our event venue.

The opening circle for the unconference day will begin at 09:00 on Wednesday 19 March, with sessions running throughout the day. The closing circle will end at 17:00 and will be followed by an apéritif to mark the end of the event, when DVB’s 2025 Honorary Fellowship will also be presented.

No. This is a physical event that will be neither streamed nor recorded.

All those who wish to be involved with the event must register as either a participant, a supporter or an exhibitor. This applies also to trade journalists, who are welcome to attend and participate.

Anyone reporting on the event should ensure that participants in the unconference are not quoted without their permission – conversations will be “off the record” unless the contrary has been confirmed. This does not apply to statements made during conference presentations on the opening day.

Keep it casual! (Or whatever works best for you.)
